Group will be led by an experienced clinician with 15 years of mindfulness and meditation experience and a certified yoga instructor and massage therapist with nearly 20 years of experience using physical movements for whole-body wellness. Lillian is passionate about using mindfulness based skills for meditation and relaxation. She believes that training our minds for present moment awareness is a key component of maintaining mental and physical wellness. She enjoys teaching about mindfulness techniques that individuals can adapt and incorporate into their lives in unique ways that facilitate purposeful living.
